Understand the client and the objective of the exercise. Gather and analyse information to define core values and characters of the company/product. Developing conceptual visuals in line with the outcome of the previous step. Create relevant visual language (appropriate use of typography, images, graphics, colour etc.) and strategize effective outreach plan (appropriate channel, medium, schedule etc.) Solutions that are answers the brief objective and is relevant to the target audience.
